While researching the nearby in-Fremont-on-Wednesdays, Hawaiian/Korean, does-Kalua-pork-really-work-with-Kim-Chi taco truck, I came across a mention of another taco “truck,” cleverly titled Tako Truck (in reference to their tacos sometimes containing octopus (tako)). We have a new whitehouse.gov. There are many more important things to be excited about on this day, but I can’t help but feel a bit of pride about the level of technical savvy that’s moving into the West Wing.
